Their willingness to travel and accommodate all of our very specific needs were unmatched by any other group we looked at. Amar and Sahil are both incredible entertainers with a great ability to keep the guests active and involved during the evening. They offered us great input when we were putting together the schedule for the reception evening -- proving their familiarity and knowledge about wedding events. And there's more! We also had them do our lighting for both the garba/sangeet night and the reception. It definitely made all the difference. They managed to turn a pretty plain ballroom into a spectacular sight. They were well prepared with all of their equipment and set up well in advance of the start times for each event. Also, they stayed longer than initially agreed to because our guests were having so much fun with them. Sahil has a phenomenal sense of mixing music and understanding his audience. Amar showcased his talent as a well-spoken MC for our reception night. Their honesty and candor are hard to find and I know my family truly appreciated all the work they did -- they certainly went above and beyond their call of duty. I would absolutely use South Asian Elite again. August 18th, 2007 Hyatt; Princeton, NJ Amar was great with us. He took his time to find songs that we asked for, was prompt in returning emails / phone calls to us, and made sure that it was OUR day, not anyone else's. He also remembered little things about us, i.e. our favorite baseball / football teams which made the MC'ing more personalized. He's a person, not someone who is just there to get paid.
